Privacy policy

St Paul’s Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy as an internet user when submitting an online donation, donation request or Friends of St Paul’s mailing list form.

St Paul’s Foundation collects the name, email address, postal address, business name and phone number of users submitting the above mentioned forms. This information is collected solely for the purpose ofreceiptingdonations and communicating with users about donations to St Paul’s Foundation. St Paul’s Foundation does not sell or trade this information to third parties.

St Paul’s Foundation does not store the credit card information of users. Online donations are processed through a secure external payment facility, Payment Express. See here for Payment Express’ privacy and security policies.

Security policy

St Paul’s Foundation is committed to data security. It uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect users’ personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure and also uses a trusted third party, Payment Express, to process credit card payments.

All data (excluding credit card details) is stored in an encrypted SQL database, all interactions between the customer and our site use HTTPS protocol (SHA-2 encryption) and St Paul’s Foundation website runs on ASP.NET, served via IIS 7.5 with the standard security measures included in that software.

Refund policy

St Paul’s Foundation does not issue refunds of online donations. Users must take care when submitting an online donation to ensure the donation amount and frequency is accurate. All donations are final.
