The St Paul’s Foundation Scholarship Fund provides students, from families living in financial distress, with the financial support needed to receive a quality education at St Paul’s Collegiate School.
In 2014, the national university entrance rate was a mere 45%, which means, less than half of New Zealand students graduating from secondary school had the opportunity to gain a tertiary qualification.
In 2015, 85% of St Paul’s students gained university entrance.
The St Paul’s Scholarship Fund ensures a student’s household income does not hold them back from an academically competitive and values-based education that may otherwise be out-of-reach for them. A St Paul’s education gives them the ability to complete tertiary education and pursue a career of their choice.
Scholarship students are provided with tuition fees, boarding fees (if applicable), uniform, stationery items and support for other associated costs for the entirety of their time at St Paul’s.
Gifting students with a St Paul’s education is the best investment donors can make towards the future of New Zealand.
